EMD Supply confidently backs all of our quality (electric motor) units sold with a ONE (1) year warranty, from original date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, but does not cover any damage caused by any other circumstance such as installation or mechanical error, weathering, corrosion/oxidation, damage due to water, alteration, physical damage or abuse, normal wear and tear, etc. Please note that parts found to be opened, altered, repaired, improperly installed and/or missing any parts both within and/or outside the unit after receipt will void warranty.

In order to take advantage of our warranty during its validity period, please contact visit our retail store and we will happily provide you, within one (1) business day, an RMA number for the warranty exchange. All warrantied returns are sent to the manufacturer where they are inspected and/or tested.

For warrantied parts, credit will be issued in the form of a replacement part only, unless the part is out of stock at the time of replacement in which case a full refund will be issued. In cases where time is of the essence, it is suggested a duplicate part be ordered and once the warrantied part has been received by the warehouse and inspected and/or tested, the appropriate credit will be issued.

Warranty will be void if part has been opened or altered or improperly installed. Warranty does not cover damage due to water or corrosion, physical damage or abuse, normal wear and tear. In the event the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described above, the manufacturer will photograph the part(s) and/or packaging and we in turn will send you the photos via e-mail with a statement as to why the return was denied. The part(s) in question will be returned to you after shipping arrangements are made and paid.

EMD Supply is not responsible for any damage and/or expense incurred by any defective unit.

Returns & Exchanges

EMD Supply will accept qualified* products for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Non-qualified products will not be eligible for return or exchange. To request a return please visit our retail store for issuance of an RMA and begin the return process. All qualified* returns are inspected and/or tested.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total purchase price at the moment of refund.

EMD Supply reserve the right to refuse a sale.

* Qualified products include part(s) that are found to be in original, undamaged packaging and in new and clean condition; further clarifying that such part(s) has not been installed, opened, damaged in any way, altered, replaced, and/or missing any parts both within and outside the unit.
